Registered as a non-governmental organization, HTAF focuses on prevention, early detection, and management of CVDs while mobilizing resources, advancing research, and fostering partnerships to enhance cardiovascular health across the continent.
JKCI, in collaboration with HTAF, warmly invites healthcare professionals, researchers, and stakeholders to the 3rd Heart Team Africa CardioTan Conference 2025, taking place from April 10-12, 2025, at Sea Cliff Hotel, Zanzibar.This conference will bring together experts, healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders from various countries to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and strengthen partnerships in cardiovascular care. It will serve as a key platform for fostering innovation, collaboration, and capacity building in the fight against cardiovascular diseases.
